Being the boss is exhausting, not because of the volume of work, but more due to the lack of people to talk to, to be able to bounce ideas off of, and to provide a structure of things you believe in. Someone to set the goals and targets that you want to achieve - both for yourself and your company.
The coach is often called you business friend, that person who you can talk to about the things that you cannot talk to anyone else about. You often cannot discuss things about the company with your staff nor can you take them home. The main difference with coaching - is that coaching does not result in you being told what to do, they ask questions so that you learn to understand the answers to yourself.
